Paracetamol 250 mg Uses: – Paracetamol provides temporarily relief from fever temporarily and moderate pain such as headache, toothache, backache, cold, basic arthritis and muscle pain.
Side Effect: – Vomiting, nausea, allergic reaction, gas and fatigue
Mefenamic acid 100 mg Uses: – Mefenamic acid is useful in the short-term treatment of mild pain. It is used to decrease pain, fever, muscle pain, migraine, Inflammation and loss of blood from menstrual periods. It is known as a non steroidal anti inflammatory drug (NSAID)
Side effect:-Heartburn, diarrhea, nausea, indigestion and headache may occur. It can increase your blood pressure. So keep monitor your blood pressure. Notify your doctor if you find any of these side effects persist.
